Welcome to Bulin47, an online service for generating Bulin47 AI videos from one photo. This Privacy Policy describes the information collected when you use bulin47aivideo.video, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you. Use of the service is also subject to our Terms of Service.
Information Collection and Use
We collect information needed to operate, secure, and improve Bulin47:
Account Information
- What we collect: A guest identifier, session data, and a hashed recovery code when you continue without signing in. If you use a member account, we also store the email and password hash or profile information from your sign-in provider.
- Purpose: To create and protect your account, recognize you when you return, and communicate about support or service issues.
AI Video Generation Data
- What we collect: Uploaded photos, consent confirmation, selected theme and resolution, generated media, task status, and related metadata.
- Purpose: To process your request, display or deliver results, troubleshoot errors, and manage your generation history.
Usage Details
- What we collect: Pages visited, features used, generation activity, credit transactions, and interaction data.
- Purpose: To operate the service, understand usage, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Device and Log Information
- What we collect: Device and browser type, IP address, referring URL, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
- Purpose: To provide the service on different devices, maintain security, and investigate technical issues.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
- What we collect: Session cookies and other identifiers needed to remember account state and preferences.
- Purpose: To recognize your guest or member session and support essential site functions. Session cookies last 30 days; a saved recovery code can restore guest access after the cookie expires or is cleared.
Payment and Billing Information
- What we collect: Purchased pack, credits, order status, payment identifiers, and billing information supplied by our payment processor.
- Purpose: To process purchases, add credits, issue receipts, resolve payment questions, and prevent fraud. Bulin47 does not store full card numbers.
Data Storage and Security
Cloudflare Workers hosts the service, D1 stores account, order, credit, and generation records, and R2 stores uploaded and generated media. We use account checks and temporary signed media links to control access. Anyone holding a valid temporary link may access that file while the link remains valid. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information when needed to:
- Stripe processes new credit-pack payments. We retain order, amount, currency, payment status, and payment references. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- KIE and its model providers receive the photo and fixed performance instructions needed to produce your Bulin47 video. Cloudflare processes and stores the photo and generated audio and silent versions.
- We review requests and may restrict content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. Automated review cannot identify every unsafe or infringing use.
- Operate hosting, storage, authentication, security, and support functions through trusted service providers.
- Comply with law, respond to valid requests, or protect the rights and safety of Bulin47 and its users.
- Complete a lawful business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and International Processing
Account records, uploads, generated media, and generation history are retained to operate your account and provide the service. Uploads do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Contact support to request deletion; we may retain records needed for payment reconciliation, legal obligations, security, or disputes.
Temporary link expiry does not delete the underlying file. Our providers may retain their own processing records under their policies. Data may be processed outside your country by the providers described here; applicable data-protection requirements still apply.
User Content
You are responsible for the images, text, audio instructions, and other content you upload. Please use material you own or have permission to use, and avoid including sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your intended use. Generated output can depend on the input you provide and on the capabilities of the AI models used to provide the service.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on our production website to understand page visits, traffic sources, scrolling, and engagement. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browser, device, and visit information. We do not send account names, email addresses, uploaded media, prompts, or lyrics as analytics event parameters. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our site integration. You can restrict cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as Bulin47 changes. The date above indicates the latest update. Material changes will be announced on this page or through another appropriate service notice. Continued use after the updated policy takes effect means the updated policy applies.
